Daniel Wormell is a professional guitarist and educator, currently working as a classroom teacher, band leader, and instrumental instructor at Cornish College. He is also the founder and owner of the music school DW Music Tuition, and a Director of Calibre Entertainment, which specialises in live music for weddings and corporate events.
Daniel is an accomplished performer, regularly appearing as a guitarist, vocalist, and DJ for Calibre Entertainment, freelance projects, and his own original music which draws on his country influences. Over the journey, he has played at some of Melbourne’s largest events, including the Australian Open, the Formula 1 Grand Prix, and at leading venues and weddings across Victoria and internationally.
The focus of late has been on the next generation both with my two boys and the students who trust me to show them the world of guitar, music and life in general.
