This isn’t a classic About Me section - more what am I doing now section and try to make sense of the many hats I wear (literally and figuratively). The focus of late has been on the next generation both with my son and the students who trust me to show them the world of guitar, music and life in general. I can sit in on so many styles but my passion is country music and that’s what I want to bring more of into the world especially here on the Mornington Peninsula. I also play Weddings and DJ events, fish, run my dog, obsess about my lawn and surf every now and again.

I'm proud to be a co-director or Calibre entertainment which is a select creative team of talented individuals that specialise in wedding entertainment on the Mornington Peninsula.
With a core group of incredible musicians and each act featuring myself, Calibre Entertainment specialises in Live Acoustic Music early in the event leading to DJ as the sun goes down so you no longer have to choose.
As everything is booked under one roof, Daniel will be there from the first e mail to the last song of the night so all you need to do is worry about enjoying your special day. Calibre offers a unique take on wedding entertainment including tailored packages to fit your day perfectly even if you don’t combine Live music and DJ and even custom instrumental versions of your requests as you walk down the aisle.
We are professional, experienced and always aiming to enhance every detail of your event from canapés to everyone joining in on the dance floor.

as well as his live work Daniel is also a qualified teacher (BMus, Grad Dip Ed). He along with his team of amazing teachers work on providing the very best tuition opening up the possibilities of music to all students. in addition to his work at DW Music Tuition Daniel is also a classroom, guitar and ensemble leader at Cornish College in Bangholme.
